The checklist tab shows the checklist questions for a particular inspection group.  If the user needs to enter additional notes while performing an inspection, he/she can click the notes button to enter the notes.  Also, if the inspector has taken a picture, he/she can mark the item so he/she could follow-up and link the picture on the desktop.
