SiteHound allows you to create an inspection checklist template using inspection groups and inspection items of varying types.  SiteHound supports items of text entry, time entry, date entry, numeric entry, yes/no question, single select list, multiple select list, picture, and contact types.  The numeric, yes/no, and select list item types allow inspectors to pre-define standard comments or recommendations that upon selection or passed test on the numeric entry will automatically be added to the detail and summary reports.
