Checklist template editor provides a hierarchical map of the inspection form on the left including groups and individual questions in the order that they will be displayed on the form.  Each group and item type has a set of options that can be modified on the right side of the screen.  Items and groups can be moved or cloned using the action bar buttons, or items can be dragged and dropped to other groups.
